texNova started on a factory floor in Surat, not in a meeting room.
We started this after watching a factory owner spend the last three days of every month with a register, a calculator and a pen — and still end up paying more than he should have, because an advance he handed over in cash never made it into the sheet.
That is not a software problem. It is a paper problem. So we built one app that holds all of it together: attendance, production, machines, bonus, advances and payroll — each one feeding the next, so the month is already finished when it ends.
texNova is deliberately a mobile app and nothing else. The people who need it are standing next to a machine, not sitting at a desk. Everything they need fits in a phone.
We are a small team in Surat. That is the point — when you call, you get the people who built it.
