texNova is provided for authorized textile and manufacturing business operations. You must use the app only through an account issued or approved by your organization, and provide accurate information.
Users are responsible for protecting login credentials, device access and activity performed through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
You must not misuse, disrupt, copy, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to texNova or its data.
Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy of workforce, production, rates, approvals, deductions and payroll information entered into texNova. App calculations should be reviewed by authorized personnel before final use.
We work to keep texNova reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve security, performance, legal compliance or product capability.
Access may be suspended or ended for security risks, misuse, non-payment under an organization agreement, legal requirements, or termination of the organization's service.
