Yes. Piece-rate and production-linked wages sit alongside fixed monthly salaries, and both can run in the same factory at the same time.

You set a daily target on each machine. When a worker's production count crosses it, texNova calculates the bonus straight away and shows it under the number, before they even submit. Once the manager approves, the bonus is added to their earnings and a notification goes to their phone.

Yes. texNova is designed for ordinary Android and iOS smartphones, and a normal mobile connection is enough.

Role-based permissions separate manager, administrative and worker access, so each person sees only what their responsibility requires. Workers never see anyone else's wages.

Yes. A worker really does two things: mark the day, and enter production with a photo. Everything else is shown to them. Most learn it on the first day.

The manager can mark attendance and log production on their behalf from their own phone. Nothing breaks.

Yes. Every embroidery machine or loom carries its own daily target, so a fast machine and a slow one are never judged by the same number.

You record it the same day. It stays open against that worker until it is deducted from a wage. The app will not let it quietly disappear.

Their record stays. You can still open their old attendance, production, payroll and payment history any time you need it.

Yes. Attendance, production entries and advances can be corrected and payroll recalculates. Once a wage is fully paid it locks, so nobody can quietly change history.

Data is encrypted, backed up daily and visible only to your own team. We never sell it and we never share it.
