texNova may collect account details, worker and employment information entered by authorized organizations, attendance records, production entries, machine assignments, payroll-related records, device information, and diagnostic data required to operate the service.
The organization using texNova controls the business and workforce information it uploads. Users should contact their organization first when asking about those records.
Information is used to provide app features, authenticate users, calculate authorized operational records, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, improve performance, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure, monitoring, communication and support providers working on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
