Open texNova, go to Profile or Settings, select Account, choose Delete Account, review the information shown and confirm the request. Your organization may need to approve deletion of business-controlled records.

Open texNova, go to Profile or Settings, select Account, choose Delete Account, review the information shown and confirm the request. Your organization may need to approve deletion of business-controlled records.
If you cannot access the app, email mnbtechhub@gmail.com from the address or phone-linked account you use with texNova. Use the subject "texNova Account Deletion" and include your full name, organization name and registered mobile number. Never send your password.
Personal account identifiers and app-profile information controlled by texNova will be deleted or anonymized after identity verification and any required organization review.
Some attendance, production, payroll, transaction, security or audit records may be retained when controlled by your organization or required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute or security purposes. Where possible, retained records are separated from the deleted login profile.
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless applicable law or organization-controlled records require a different period.
